Selain yang manis dan segar2, salah satu menu favorit saat berbuka adalah gorengan. Tapi kalau kebanyakan jadi tidak sehat ya. Makanya, supaya tidak makan gorengan terus saya buatkan camilan sehat dan enak ini. Cocok utk teman minum teh hangat bersama keluarga.

VEGIE EGG CUP

Bahan:
½ bawang bombay, cincang
1 buah jagung manis, pipil
1 genggam bayam, iris2
1 buah sosis
gula, garam, merica secukupnya
olive oil utk menumis

Siraman :
2 butir telur
120 ml susu cair
kaldu bubuk secukupnya

Topping:
daun bawang iris2
tomat, potong dadu kecil

Cara Membuat:
1. Panaskan olive oil, tumis bawang bombay sampai layu. Masukkan jagung manis, aduk rata. Beri sedikit air.
2. Masukkan bayam dan sosis. Masukkan bumbu2, aduk rata. Masak hingga air menyusut. Koreksi rasa. Angkat.
3. Campurkan bahan siraman. Ambil 1-2 sdm tumisan, masukkan dlm loyang muffin. Lalu siram dg campuran susu telur, aduk2 sebentar. Lakukan hingga bahan habis.
4. Beri topping atasnya. Panggang hingga matang, sesuaikan dg oven masing2.

broth to taste

Topping:
sliced ​​scallions
tomatoes, cut into small cubes

How to make:
1. Heat the olive oil, saute onions until wilted. Enter sweet corn, stir well. Give a little water.
2. Add the spinach and sausages. Add seasonings, stir well. Cook until the water shrinks. Taste correction. Lift.
3. Mix the flush ingredients. Take 1-2 tablespoons of stir, put in a muffin pan. Then flush with egg milk mixture, stir briefly. Do it until the material runs out.
4. Topping the top. Bake until cooked, adjust with each oven.
