this time I want to share the recipe for breaking the fast that the family would love. Basically it is a fruit salad, but served in a different way to make it more special. I serve fresh fruit salad as choux / soes stuffing. The combination of sweet, fresh and soft skin soes very fitting for friends to break the fast.

 

CHOUX SALAD FRUIT

 

Choux material:

100 ml of water

50 gr margarine

65 grams of flour

2 eggs

Sesame for sprinkles

 

How to make:

  1. Boil water with margarine, reduce heat. Add flour, stir well. Cook until smooth and cooked for about 2-3 minutes. Lift, allow to cool / warm.
  2. Enter the eggs one by one, stir / shake well to form a thick mixture. Enter the plastic triangle that was given a syringe, spray a circle on a baking sheet which is covered with baking paper and polished with margarine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 ° C and continue to bake until cooked or the foam on the choux is gone. Lift, let cool.

 

Fruit salad:

melon

pear

Apple

Dragon fruit

 

Sauce:

100 gr mayonnaise

100 gr condensed milk

1 tablespoon yogurt

 

How to make:

  1. Sauce: mix all ingredients together, stir well. Wash and cut fruit.
  2. Take the choux, split it horizontal until it breaks. Arrange the fruits on top then flush with salad dressing. Cover with top skin, ready to be served.

 

kali ini saya mau share resep berbuka yg pasti disukai keluarga. Pada dasarnya ini adalah salad buah, namun disajikan dg cara yg berbeda supaya lebih special. Saya sajikan salad buah segar sbg isian choux/soes. Perpaduan manis, segar dan lembut kulit soes sangat pas utk teman berbuka puasa.

CHOUX SALAD BUAH

Bahan choux:
100 ml air
50 gr margarin
65 gr tepung terigu
2 butir telur
wijen utk taburan

Cara Membuat:
1. Didihkan air dg margarin, kecilkan api. Masukkan terigu, aduk rata. Masak hingga kalis dan matang sekitar 2-3 menit. Angkat, biarkan dingin/hangat.
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu, aduk/kocok rata hingga membentuk adonan yg kental. Masukkan plastik segitiga yg diberi spuit, semprotkan melingkar pada loyang yg dialas kertas baking dan disemir margarin. Taburi dg wijen.
3. Panggang dg suhu 200°C selama 20 menit, lalu turunkan suhu 180°C dan lanjutkan memanggang hingga matang atau buih2 pada choux hilang. Angkat, dinginkan.

Salad Buah:
melon
pir
apel
buah naga

Saus:
100 gr mayonaise
100 gr kental manis putih
1 sdm yoghurt

Cara Membuat:
1. Saus: campurkan semua bahan jadi satu, aduk rata. Cuci dan potong buah2an.
2. Ambil choux, belah horisontal hingga terputus. Tata buah2an diatasnya lalu siram dg saus salad. Tutup dg kulit bagian atas, siap disajikan.
